Versioning: v1.0 marks first publication. v1.1 marks a minor correction — wording, typos, or citation metadata. v2.0 marks a substantive revision to argument, evidence, or structure.
Article 01 — The Gaganyaan Table
Status: Pre-publication correction, incorporated before first publication (v1.0 reflects the corrected version).
What happened: During adversarial source audit (Gate B), a citation error was identified — the source passed Gate A (it supported the claim being made) but failed Gate B (the metadata attached to it did not belong to that exact source).
Correction: The citation was verified against the primary source and corrected before the article went live. No content published under this URL has ever carried the incorrect citation.
Why this is logged: This is the reason Quiet Monk Research runs a two-gate verification process rather than a single check. It is kept here as the permanent record of why both gates are mandatory — not as a confession, but as evidence the process works.
